Our theme for January is ‘Rest & Revival’.

Winter is when nature hibernates, seeds snuggling in the deep earth for the revival in spring. Even as the earth is frozen, soon it will be a time for new shoots to begin to wriggle their way up, and for roots to dig their way down, to memorialise, to remember what has gone before. Growth - resilience and resistance - we need these qualities. Resting is also a form of resistance. So make your way to The Antwerp on Tuesday 6th Jan (NOT the usual second Tuesday this time, please note) and share your reflections, resolutions, reminiscences. Let's all get groggy on the dromedary of poetry traversing this festive period into the new year. ❄
